A traditional Chinese technique using fine needles inserted at specific points to stimulate and balance the body’s energy flow, treating acute and chronic conditions.

Combines traditional acupuncture with mild electrical stimulation to enhance pain relief, nerve health, and deep muscle relaxation.

Uses a smooth-edged instrument to gently scrape the skin, promoting micro-circulation, releasing fascia tension, and rejuvenating skin appearance.

Dry cupping aids in localized pain relief and deep tissue relaxation. Sliding cupping moves cups across the muscle body to release severe tension.

A traditional thermal therapy using burning mugwort (moxa) near the skin to warm and invigorate acupuncture points.

Targeted thermal therapy using heated minerals to soothe chronic aches, boost blood flow, and accelerate cellular recovery.
Following these simple guidelines maximizes treatment efficacy and supports your body's natural recovery.
Eat 1–2 hours before your appointment. Avoid heavy or greasy foods so you don't feel depleted or lightheaded.
Wear relaxed attire and minimal jewellery so acupoints on your arms, legs, and back are easily accessible.
Fill out your intake form honestly, including all medications, herbs, and supplements to prevent herb-drug interactions.
You may feel deeply relaxed or tired post-treatment. Allow your body time to rest and avoid strenuous workouts the same day.
Take note of changes over 24–48 hours: deeper sleep, settled digestion, improved energy, or reductions in pain scale (1–10).
Chronic patterns take time to reverse. Following your custom treatment plan closely in the early stages yields lasting results.
Designed for calm, restorative healing in a quiet clinical environment.
