Patient Preparation

Before & After Your Session

Following these simple guidelines maximizes treatment efficacy and supports your body's natural recovery.

1Before Your Appointment

  • Eat a Light Meal

Eat 1–2 hours before your appointment. Avoid heavy or greasy foods so you don't feel depleted or lightheaded.

  • Wear Loose Clothing

Wear relaxed attire and minimal jewellery so acupoints on your arms, legs, and back are easily accessible.

  • Complete Forms Prior

Fill out your intake form honestly, including all medications, herbs, and supplements to prevent herb-drug interactions.

2After Your Appointment

  • Prioritize Rest

You may feel deeply relaxed or tired post-treatment. Allow your body time to rest and avoid strenuous workouts the same day.

  • Observe Subtle Shifts

Take note of changes over 24–48 hours: deeper sleep, settled digestion, improved energy, or reductions in pain scale (1–10).

  • Maintain Consistency

Chronic patterns take time to reverse. Following your custom treatment plan closely in the early stages yields lasting results.
